House Rules

I do NOT treat people suffering from infectious or skin diseases, guests undergoing special medical treatment (regarding rheumatology, orthopedic treatments), only with medical consent and the individual own risk. In case you arrive with infectoius condition, you will send home without treatment and banned immediately.

Book an appointment:
- You can make an appointment only by using the appointment booking tool on the website.
- In the case of an online consultation, I will send you a prepayment invoice, I approve your booking only after I have received payment for it.
PLEASE NOTE: I only give an appointment with a real email address. I try to provide the closest available, which can mean 1.5-2 weeks. Inquiries by phone or private message outside of the opening times will result in an immediate ban.

First time: I start with a consultation and condition assessment. Please bring the relevant medical records and the completed Health Assesment Form with you to our first meeting. (You can find the Healt Assessment Form attached in the invitation containing the appointment.) If you arrive without these, I will not able to see you.
4.
Appointment cancellation: please let us know one working day (usually 24 hours) before the scheduled appointment if you cannot attend. In case of late cancellation, I will issue an invoice for the date (including the full price of the specific treatment), which must be paid by bank transfer on the same day.
After the 3rd canceled session, I cannot provide any appointments for the future!
5.
Delay: In case of delay, please let us know immediately. I can accept a maximum delay of 10 minutes. After 10 minutes have passed, I can no longer receive you, in which case the full price of the reserved service must be paid.
6.
Clothing: Come to the group training class in comfortable clothes ( towel and water), for other treatments without make-up and strong perfume.

The treatments I work with are all listed in the service list, along with prices and duration. I issue an invoice, only for private individuals, taking into account the changes in the law (Act XIII of 2022).
8.
Gift Card (voucher): Available on request, personal, valid for 90 days. An unused voucher cannot be extended, nor can it be refunded, nor can it be given to someone else.
9.
In accordance with the legal provisions of the GDPR (this can be found in detail in the General Terms and Conditions), I will keep your data for 1 year from the last date of your visit, and then delete it from the system, or immediately upon request.
