The purpose of this procedure is to help reset the body’s energetic system and restart blocked or stagnant energy flow.

The Köpöly, whether sliding (rubber bell) or static (vacuum pump-cold or heated glass), creates a vacuum when placed on the skin. This procedure helps to “relax” muscles and deep-lying knots. Since it has many beneficial effects, including detoxification and fat burning, it is recommended to use it regularly. In the case of a warm cup, the effect can be further enhanced with different herbs.

As a result of the vacuum, the blood vessels on the affected skin area expand and the blood flow increases, which helps to break down and remove waste products. As a result, skin redness, various degrees of swelling, or even blue spots may occur.

Cupping is excellent for releasing energetic blocks and harmonizing the body’s energetic system. It also contributes to physical and mental balance and helps detoxify the body.

This can be part of the Personalized Movement Massage Therapy Treatment.

Its use was widespread in ancient China, Tibet, India, and Egypt. The ancient Egyptians used Nile reeds dipped in wax and then sealed the ear with clay so that the smoke could not escape from the ear. With the help of hollow branches and glazed clay funnels, steam made from herbs was brought into the ears.

The natural peoples realized that in the case of diseases of the body, the flow of energy stops and the accumulated energy, in the form of blocks, causes inflammation.

The body candle can be used to dissolve energy blocks in the body, thereby making way for waste products to leave. Candle lighting should be done as a cure due to the effectiveness of healing. On a daily basis, for 7-10 days, but in case of more serious diseases, 2-3 candles can be burned a day. It is important to pay attention to fluid intake during the course, because this is the only way the body can wash out the displaced waste products.

The treatments are approx. I recommend it from the age of two, when the child can lie down calmly.

Moxa therapy is particularly effective for diseases caused by energy deficiency and cold effects, so it can be used in conditions where there is heat and Yang deficiency in the body. 3. Mandala Painting Workshop (in 3 hours)

During the workshop, we apply the simplest scoring technique using acrylic paint on a mug, stone, key ring or the object you want to decorate.

You can make a mandala as a gift, but I recommend that you make the first one for yourself! The creation of the image requires great attention and concentration, thus during the creation, drawing and painting of the mandala, the artist enters a meditative state, the rhythmically repeating patterns and colors help, so it is important for our soul to create a mandala. Be careful, making a mandala can be addictive, but you will need time and especially patience to make it meticulously.
What and how can we paint a mandala?
Practically anything and with anything: on paper with pencil, felt or watercolor, on canvas with acrylic, on silk, on the wall, on furniture (e.g. stool, round table) with acrylic, on caspo or other decorative items with acrylic, or with 3D paint, and finally my favorite: on the wall (above the bed, next to a desk, in a meditation corner…) with acrylic. Tibetan monks make it on the floor, out of colored sand, but I don’t recommend trying this technique at home 🙂
And what does the mandala mean?
The word “mandala” comes from the equivalent of the Sanskrit words “circle”, “disk”, but in a broader sense, the mandala is a representation of the universe itself – as it is an extremely complex, yet harmonious (or rather disharmonic, therefore dynamic) creation.

The basic principle is that the muscles and ligaments around the spine relax and release, thereby promoting the free flow of energy and the initiation of self-healing processes.

During the treatment, I use St. John’s wort oil and massage the area around the spine with gentle movements. This can be repeated as desired; with the help of its gentle and soft strokes, it can provide maximum relaxation and regenerate the body. The spinal stretching techniques used effectively reduce the load on the discs, and are excellent for treating stress, relieving tension, and alleviating physical pain.
